How to Pick Up a Special Order in the Flawless Checkout App

Picking up a special order in the Flawless Checkout App allows you to complete a transaction for a previously submitted order while applying any deposits made by the customer. This ensures a smooth and accurate checkout experience.

Step 1: Start a new sale

1. Begin by selecting Start a New Sale.
2. Choose the salesperson who will be handling the transaction.



Step 2: Access the Services tab

1. Open the Services tab from the checkout app.
2. Select Pickup Order.



Step 3: Select the special order

A list of all special orders will appear.

Each order displays the following details:

  • Date

  • Sale number

  • Customer

  • SKU

  • Available quantity

The Available column shows how many items are ready for pickup. If the special order has been processed correctly, this number reflects the items that can be collected.

Simply click on the order you want to continue.



Step 4: Complete the transaction

1. You will be taken to the checkout screen, where the transaction can be completed like any regular sale.
2. Any deposits previously made by the customer will be applied as credit, and any remaining balance can be paid at this time.



3. Once the transaction is complete, you can view the receipt or send it directly to your customer.
