Creating a new product in Flawless allows you to add items that aren’t yet listed in your system, so you can complete sales or manage inventory without interruption.
You can create a product directly from the checkout screen or through the Services tab.
Option 1: Create a new product from the point of sale screen
If you’re adding an item to the cart and notice it doesn’t exist in your catalog, you can quickly create it on the spot.
Start a new sale as usual.
In the product search field, type the product name.
When no existing matches appear, click the green tag icon next to the search bar.
A New Product window will open.
Fill out the required product details, such as:
SKU or item code (optional)
Product name
Description
Vendor/ Designer
Price / quantity
Photos

Your product will now be added to your catalog and automatically appear in the cart for the ongoing sale. Note that the item will be marked as SO (Special order) since it's not in stock.
Option 2: Create a new product from the Services tab
You can also create a new product through the Services section.
Open the Flawless App.
Go to the Services tab.
Select New item / Special order

The same New Product window will appear.

Complete the product details as described above.
Click Save to finalize.
You can complete the order as usual and the checkout screen will indicate the type of order for this product - which in this case would be a special order for a newly created item.
