In this guide we will discuss how to conduct an Inventory Check on a House Account in Flawless POS, which is beneficial for maintaining an accurate record of your inventory. To start, navigate to the 'Wholesale Accounts' section in the left menu and select the House Account and Memo tab. Under 'Product Checklist', start a new inventory check. After naming the checklist, you see all items on account with at least one quantity. The list view can be changed using dropdown menus for different needs; 'Show All Items' shows all expected products, 'Show Incomplete Items' excludes already matched items, and 'Show Selected Items Only’ begins with an empty grid for scanning. Scanning barcodes allows items to appear at the top. 'More Options' allows manual selection adjustments, resets, and image enlargement. Press 'Save' when done or pausing, with progress appearing at the top of the checklist with a summary. Items can also be exported into a PDF file for external use.
