Modified on Wed, 12 Nov at 3:21 PM

Submitting a repair in Flawless allows you to track items submitted for service or maintenance, link them to a customer, and manage the repair’s progress from start to finish.

You can submit a repair directly through the Services tab.

Step 1: Submit a repair from the services tab

You can submit a repair from this tab

  1. Open the Flawless App.

  2. Go to the Services tab.

  3. Select the Repair option.

  4. Select your customer or add a new one if required.

  5. A new window will pop-up allowing you to submit a repair either from an Existing purchase or a New item.

  6. You will be able to select from a list of items to be repaired in case you've selected "existing purchase". Which will show you the date, sale number, SKU and care plan if applicable.

  7. Once the existing item has been selected, this is the screen that will become available. From here, you can adjust the repair as needed, to include any important piece of information. Ie: Condition, declared value, detailed description, completion date, already completed check box, parts/labor and photos.

  8. In case you've selected "New item" as the repair option - this is the window that will pop up:

From here, you can enter all the necessary details for the repair intake to ensure it’s fully traceable and provides complete information for further processing.

  9. Adding the item to the cart will show the repair on the right hand side of your screen - indicating the type of order that has been created.

  10. You can complete the order as usual by selecting the preferred payment method. A Repair intake policy is available if signature is required for this job.
