The new “Only Mine” toggle in the Store Messaging module allows sales staff to view customer text conversations that are directly relevant to them. When enabled, it filters out unrelated messages and focuses on interactions connected to the logged-in salesperson.
When the “Only Mine” slider is turned ON, it will display customer messages that meet one or more of the following conditions:
The salesperson authored any message in the conversation.
The customer replied after the salesperson’s last message but before another staff member’s message.
The customer sent a message within 7 days before one of the salesperson’s messages.
The customer is one where the salesperson is marked as the Primary Salesperson in their profile.
The salesperson has sold something to that customer in the last 7 days.
The conversation is from a new or unregistered customer (unknown contact) that has not yet been assigned.
This feature helps streamline communication by ensuring that salespeople only see messages related to their own clients and recent interactions, making it easier to manage follow-ups and maintain personal client relationships.
How to Use:
Navigate to Store Messaging -> Texts.
Toggle the “Only Mine” switch ON to filter messages to your scope.
Toggle OFF to return to the full message list for the store.
If you recently sold to or messaged a customer, you’ll still see their thread even if they reply days later. However, if another salesperson takes over the conversation, it will disappear from your view once their response is logged.
