Overview of the Customers module

In this guide, you'll learn about the different functionalities of the Customers module in Flawless POS. Accessible from the main navigation menu, this module lists customers along with details such as account balances and contact information. Upon selecting a customer, four widgets display account details, account balance, reward points, and the yearly sale amount. The Customers module contains several tabs. The Details tab provides contact information and enables relationship configuration for sharing purchases. The Account tab lets you manage customer's card information and view account transactions. The Service Jobs tab lists jobs assigned to the user, while the Sales tab lists customer's sales. The Sale Lines tab provides detailed information on individual sold items and services. Additional tabs include the Trunkshow for specialized sales, Communications for keeping track of emails sent to the customer, and Files for uploading and managing important documents related to the customer.
