Open the Checkout App and begin a sale.
Click the Barcode Scanner icon located on the right side of the Cart label at the top-right of the screen.
Position the back of the driver’s license so the barcode is visible and align it inside the scanning box.
Note: If there is another barcode next to the main one, cover it with your finger to ensure the correct code is scanned.
If a match is found, a popup will prompt you to select the existing customer to attach them to the sale.
If no match is found, a Create New Account popup will appear with pre-filled details (Name, Address, DOB, etc.) pulled from the license.
Review the auto-filled information for accuracy and click Create Account to finalize the new profile.
