Features Added 


Admin Approval for Payment Type: Check

  • A new approval step has been added when selecting Check as a payment type. This helps prevent fraud by requiring an authorized user to approve the transaction.

Image Column Added When Picking a Repair Item

  • When selecting an item for repair, users will now see product images in the table. This improves visibility and helps ensure the correct item is chosen.


Expanded Checkout App Capabilities

Several new workflows have been added to the Checkout App to better align with web functionality and improve in-store efficiency:

  • Addon Services in Cart Dialog
    When clicking a service item in the cart, the service total link is now accessible directly from the cart dialog for easier review and adjustments.

  • Trade-Ins Added 
    Trade-in functionality is now available in the Checkout App, allowing staff to process trade-ins directly during a sale.

  • Appraisals Added 
    Appraisals can now be created in the Checkout App. These appraisals will appear in the Web Appraisals area, matching the existing web workflow.

  • Photo Editing After Capture
    After taking a photo, a new dialog allows users to rotate, crop, and zoom images before saving.



Enhancements Made


Tables Now Scroll Properly

All table views now scroll smoothly and consistently, including:
  • Recent Sales

  • Customer Selection

  • Repair & Pickup Item Selection

  • Returns Selection

Job Pickups Editable Again

Users can now open jobs from Jobs → Pickups, edit them, and add them to the cart, same behavior as when initially creating the job.
Improved Checkout App Speed and Responsiveness

  • The Checkout App has been optimized for faster load times and smoother navigation. Overall responsiveness has been significantly improved for a more seamless user experience.

Printing From Checkout Devices

  • Users can now print directly from compatible checkout devices. To enable this feature for your store, please reach out to support@flawlesspos.com so we can assist with setup.

Checkout App Performance Improvements

  • Significant performance improvements were made across the Checkout App, including backend updates to payment handling and websocket communication to support future enhancements.


Bugs Fixed


Promotions Module Not Loading 

  • An issue where the Promotions module failed to load has been resolved.

Print Screen Infinite Loading

  • Printing no longer becomes stuck with an infinite loading spinner.

Repair Pickups Discount Issue

  • Discounts now apply correctly during Repair Pickups.

Add to Cart Button Visibility

  • The Add to Cart button now displays correctly and does not disappear.

Job UI Could Not Be Closed When Opened from Cart

  • Opening a job from the cart previously trapped users in a non-closable UI. This has been fixed.

Job Pickup Allowed Without Pending Status

  • The app now correctly checks whether the job is marked as Pending Pick Up before allowing pickup.

App Crashing on Double-Tapping

  • Double-tapping no longer causes the app to crash.

Sale Cannot Progress Prematurely

  • Users can no longer advance the sale flow before the sale has officially started.

General Loading Freezes

  • Multiple scenarios where loading animations would freeze have been resolved.

Care Plan Issues Fixed

  • Various issues involving Care Plans during checkout have been corrected.
  • Cancelling a Care Plan no longer results in endless loading.

Pickup Shipping Bug

  • If a sale included shipping originally, the shipping fee now properly carries over during pickup.

UI Issues When Selecting Ship To Method and Adding Appraisals

Fixed UI issues in the Checkout App that could appear when:

  • Selecting a customer Ship To method

  • Adding an Appraisal during checkout
