Modified on Mon, 5 Aug at 10:33 AM

This Release has been split into three parts. Part 1 is included in these notes, while Part 2 and 3 are coming on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively. You can expect Parts 1&2 to be focused on the Reporting and performance enhancements. Part 3 will mostly consist of the UI improvements, also improving the handling of jobs and job parts.

The following features were added:

  • The Vendor Product List in the Vendor Module will now have a clickable SKU and Title showing the Item Card if clicked. The Product Item Card allows those with permissions to edit the product directly.
  • The Product History now includes Store Transfers and Job Consumption for easier readability.

The following enhancements were made:

  • Wishlist functionality has been updated to include the following:
    1. The grid has been changed to "generic" type. There is an ability to add various columns upon request.
    2. Images are now shown.
    3. SKU is now clickable and will show you the Item Card. From there, you're able to go to the Product Details.
    4. On Hand column has been included.
    5. The Delete button works as expected.
  • All Reports have received multiple performance enhancements. These will be continued throughout the next two days as well. Note that the Daily Sales Activity Report as well as the Sales Line items Report are running one minute behind the live events.
  • The service job history will now include the Sale number and the Sales People selected when you create a new service from a sale. The Sale Link will be clickable to take you to the sale details.
  • The Vendor Memo Sales report now has a Location Filter and Vendor filter which gives you the ability to download the PDF file and send it straight to the Vendor.
  • New Options have been added for Signature Requests. You can now send the request straight to the Customer's phone number or your own phone number.
  • The Sorting Option has been added to the Pick-up Screen which allows you to see the most recent Sales/Jobs at the top.
  • You are now able to Cancel multiple Service Job lines.
  • Some reports have been changed to have the Generic Grid displayed with the ability to add/remove columns. This improves the loading speed as well as flexibility.

The following bugs were fixed:

  • Clicking the Status of the Sales Order in the Supply Chain Module no longer redirects you to the Landing Page, but instead allows you to change the Status to one of these options: Ready for Processing, On Hold, Rep Review
  • The Inventory Receive during the Store Transfer now shows the correct confirmation amount.
  • The Layaway Payment will now show the correct Balance.
