Release Notes August '24, Part 3

The following features were added:

• You are now able to add Customers to Mailing Lists in their profile details. This will allow you to utilize the new report called Customers by Mailing Lists. It allows you to filter Customers by their Mailing Tags and export this data to set up a Custom Audience for Marketing purposes.
  
• Two new reports were added for tracking the Customers with non-zero House Accounts and Account Credit balances. They are called Customer Account Outstanding House Balance and Customer Account Credit Balance.
• Introduced a new way of how the Ship To address is populated when creating a Sales Order. The area is now greyed out and you are "required" to Pick the Wholesale Location. If there is no Location to pick from, you will need to add a Location in Account -> Addresses or the opened dialog. If an address has been permanently changed, you need to ensure to update the address as well.
  

The following enhancements were made:

• Clicking the Print Service Job Work Orders button after submitting the Sale, will now open the PDF for all the jobs on the sale.
  
• Migrated Product Images from JM where they existed.
• Partner's Notes in the Customer module can now be seen and edited at either partner profile.
  
• In addition to our Wishlist update earlier, the earlier recordings have been added if there were any.
• The Tracking number column has been added to the Inventory Transfer module. This makes tracking 

The following bugs were fixed:

• Employee Sales Overview report now correctly forwards to the Sales Person of your choosing in the Employee Sales Breakdown report.
• Items Sale Lines report now correct exports Memo/Asset column which helps determine if the sold item was a Consignment item or not.
