If deleted product images are still showing on your website, it usually means that the changes weren’t fully saved in Flawless POS before the product window was closed. While the images may appear updated in the backend, the website won’t reflect those changes unless the update is properly saved.
Steps to Fix the Issue:
Open the Product Record:
Go to the Product List module and open the affected product.
Navigate to the Images Tab:
Click the Images tab.
Verify which images should be kept or removed.
Remove or Update the Images:
Delete any outdated product photos or replace them with updated versions.
Ensure that only the correct images remain in the list.
Click Save:
After making changes, click the Save button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Avoid closing the window without saving, otherwise, your changes won’t sync to the website.
Check the Website:
Refresh the product page on your website after saving.
The old images should now be removed, and only the new ones should appear.
Why This Happens:
If the Save button isn’t clicked after image edits, the product changes remain unsaved in the backend. This prevents updates from syncing with your integrated website, resulting in outdated images still being displayed. Always click Save after making any image or product updates to ensure those changes are pushed live to your online store.
