Why can’t I upload product images in Flawless POS?

If you attempt to upload product photos and see a message saying “Product saved successfully” but the image doesn’t appear, the issue is most likely due to the file format of the image being uploaded. 


Flawless POS currently does not support HEIC image files, which are commonly generated by Apple devices (iPhones and iPads). Even though the system says the product was saved, HEIC images will not attach or display.


 

To fix this, you’ll need to upload your image in a compatible format such as JPEG or PNG.

If you’re using an Apple device, follow these steps to prevent the issue from happening again:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Go to Camera -> Formats.

  3. Under Camera Capture, select Most Compatible instead of High Efficiency.

This setting ensures that your photos are saved as JPEG files, which can be successfully uploaded to Flawless POS.
