How do I use the “Already Completed” option in service jobs?

  • Create a Product Build Service Job:

    • Go to the POS module and select Product Build Service Job from the left-hand panel.

    • In the popup, select or create a new product and enter job details (title, labor, pricing).

    • If the job is being completed immediately in-store, check the Already Completed? box and click OK.

    • You can also find the Already Completed checkbox under the product in the checkout view.

  • Understand How the Sale Works:

    • Once marked as Already Completed, Flawless POS merges the service job and pickup into a single sale transaction.

    • This skips the traditional two-step process of creating a job first, then a new sale for pickup.

  • View the Sale Record:

    • The transaction will show:

      • The linked Service Job number

      • A status labeled Already Completed

  • When Should You Use This?

    • Ideal for same-day, in-store services such as:

      • Quick soldering or polishing

      • Minor adjustments or resizing

      • Emergency repairs needing no hold time

    • This feature streamlines checkout, avoids duplicate sales, and speeds up customer service.
