How do I add serial numbers to products in the system?

• Access the Inventory Module:

  • Navigate to the Inventory module from the left-hand menu.

  • Select the product you want to assign serial numbers to.

• Add Serial Number in Product Details:

  • Go to the Product List module and open the product you want to update.

  • Click on the Attributes tab.

  • Search for the Serial Number attribute.

  • Enter the serial number value and click Save.

• Add Serial Number During Merchandise Receive (MR):

  • Start a new Merchandise Receive and add the item.

  • In the Extra Info column, input the serial number directly.

  • Complete the MR as usual.

  • Note: This method will override the serial number entered in the Attributes tab if one was previously assigned.
