How do I set up and manage the JM Care Plan integration with Flawless POS?

  • Access Settings:

    • Go to Store > Admin > Apps.

    • Find the JM Care Plan tile.

    • Click the three-dotted button and select Update Configuration.

  • Enter Credentials:

    • Input API Key, API Secret, Store Code (provided by JM Care Plan).

  • Set Up Pricing Rules:

    • Configure by SKU, Cost, MSRP.

    • Quotes auto-apply pricing if SKU matches.

  • Add During Checkout:

    • Add product → tap Add CarePlan.

    • Select plan (e.g., 3-Year, Lifetime).

    • Plan appears as a separate line item with Plan ID on the receipt.

  • Notes:

    • Apply discounts before adding Care Plan.

    • For Special Orders/Pickup Later, re-add Care Plan at pickup.

  • Custom Pricing:

    • Override JM defaults by entering SKUs and pricing in Admin > JM Care Plan.

    • If SKU not configured, system uses JM default pricing.

  • Returns:

    • Item returns require the Care Plan to be selected too.

    • Refunds prorated by time since purchase.

  • Reporting:

    • Sales appear in Employee Sales Breakdown, Commission Breakdown, and COGS Breakdown Reports.

  • Save and Finalize:

    • Click OK to save your settings.
