Selling a gift card through the Flawless Checkout App is simple and flexible. You can issue either physical or digital gift cards, customize recipient details, and even include a personal message. This ensures your customers receive a tailored experience when purchasing or gifting.

Step 1: Access the Services tab
1. Open the Services tab from the checkout app. To access it, you first need to start a new sale and select your desired sales person:

2. Select the customer who will be purchasing the gift card.

Step 2: Enter gift card details
1. Fill in the required information for the gift card.

2. If you’re using a physical gift card, untick the Auto-Generate Gift Card Number option and scan the card you have on hand. If not, leave the option checked, and the system will automatically generate a code.

The details you can add include:
Recipient’s name
Email
Phone number
Personal message
You may also set an expiration date for the gift card, if required.
Step 3: Add the gift card to the cart
1. Once the information is complete, add the gift card to the cart.
2. It will appear on the right-hand side of the screen with the other sale details.

Step 4: Complete the sale
1. Proceed to checkout and select the customer’s preferred payment method.
2. Once the transaction is finalized, you can view the receipt.
The receipt will include the gift card details, showing who the card is addressed to and any custom information provided.
