1. Open the Service Job Module
Navigate to the Service Job module to view the list of all service jobs.
2. Access Job Details
Locate the service job you wish to update.
Click the three-dot button on the right side of the job entry.
Select Edit to open the job details.
3. Edit Job Information
In the Job Details tab, you may review and update the job state as needed.
You may also add private or public files relevant to the job.
4. Review Product Details
In the Product Inventory section, you can view information about the selected product related to the service job.
5. Manage Tasks
In the Task section, select the responsible user who will receive notifications about job status updates.
Update the task completion stage if necessary.
6. Add Parts or Service Job Lines
To add a part to the task, click the Add Part button.
In the dialog that appears, select the required part and set the Consumption Behavior (default is when the job is saved).
If stock levels are insufficient, the system will notify you.
Click Okay to confirm the addition of the part to the task line.
7. Add a Separate Task
To create a separate task, click the Add Task button. This allows you to add new parts, labor lines, or customer details if needed.
8. Review Job History
Go to the History section to track any changes made to the service job by multiple users.
