How to Create a Reconciliation Report

This guide helps you to understand how to generate a reconciliation report in Flawless POS, which aids in identifying any missing items or items that haven't been scanned as per the system quantity.


Primarily, it's advised to carry out this process in the 'Vendors' module by selecting 'All Vendors', offering a comprehensive inventory overview. You initiate the process from the 'Inventory Check' tab, where a context menu option starts the reconciliation report generation. You'll then add all relevant checklists, potentially including those from House Accounts, a single vendor, or allocated sales order items not yet dispatched but moved in the system. After selecting all inventory checks covering your inventory, you'll trigger the report generation. Depending on inventory size, this could take a few minutes. The resulting Excel file provides a row for each item, clearly outlining system and found quantities.
