The initial process involves accessing the Appraisal module from the Inventory menu. Within this module, existing appraisals are displayed, and you can initiate the creation of a new appraisal by clicking 'Create Appraisal'. It highlights the big array of types available and encourages users to understand their needs first. For demonstration purposes, an 'Insurance Appraisal' type is chosen.
