How to Create a Wholesale Shipment from the Memo or Invoice

In this guide we will show you how to create a shipment from a memo or invoice within Flawless POS system. This feature plays a crucial role in sales and inventory management as it allows businesses to monitor and process orders effectively.

First, in the Wholesale Account module, select a specific wholesale account. This tutorial focuses on creating a shipment from a memo, though the process is identical for an invoice, provided an item is pending shipment. In the 'Memo' tab, click on the figure under 'Pending Shipment' for the chosen memo, which opens a context menu.

Next, select 'Create Shipment' to configure the shipment's details such as name, preparer, and date. After confirming the details, select the items to ship. Items can be selected manually, scanned with a barcode scanner, or imported from an Excel or CSV file.
