In this guide we will have a look at how to efficiently create a proposal or quote in the Wholesale Accounts module of our system. The steps explained are user-friendly and can significantly simplify the process of adding and finalizing wholesale proposals.
Initiating from the left navigation menu, the 'Proposals' tab directs to the 'Add Proposal' button. Products for the proposal are added either by manual selection, barcode scanning, or importing from an Excel or CSV file. After ensuring the item selection, the 'Next' button proceeds to the section for final edits inclusive of unit price modifications, discount applications, and quantity adjustments.
Upon completion, the 'What's Next Action Wizard' provides options like sending the proposal via email (defaulted to the Primary Contact Name), viewing the PDF version of the proposal, sending tags for printing to set up printers, and swiftly moving to create a new proposal.
