How do I fix inventory when an adjustment to zero still shows stock?

  1. Navigate to the Products module and locate the item.

  2. Open the Inventory Adjustment screen.

  3. In the adjustment window, check the Existing Qty field.

  4. Set the New Qty to 0.

  5. Enter a reason for the adjustment in the required field.

  6. Click Create Adjustment to save the change.

  7. Review the Product History tab to confirm the adjustment and verify the stock level.
