Service Job Bulk Location change and Notifying the Retail Customers

In this article we will discuss how to utilize the multiple bulk selection feature for multi-task purposes such as changing the in-store job location and notifying customers of job status updates within the Service Jobs module. 


The process starts with selecting the jobs, moving them to a different in-store location by using the pink round action button, validating the location change, and then subsequently notifying the rightful customers. The notification method - either email or phone - can be chosen and personalized from drop-down templates for each customer.
