How to navigate Clock in/Clock out System

This guide will walk you through the Clock In/Out System, enabling you to track and manage your shifts, breaks, and adjustments.

Step 1: Access the Store Module

  1. Click the Navigation Button in the top-left corner of the page.

  2. Select Store Module from the menu.
    This will take you to the 
    Clock In/Out section.

     



Step 2: Check Logged-In User

  • Upon opening the Clock In/Out section, the displayed name will indicate the currently logged-in user.



Step 3: Switch Employee

  • To select a different employee, click on Someone Else and choose the employee whose shift details you need.

     


Step 4: Add a User/Employee



Shift Management


Start Shift

  1. Click Start Shift to begin tracking your work session.

     

  1. You can verify that the shift has started by checking the Hours Worked Today field.

     


Tagging Breaks

  1. To take a break, click Go on Break.

  1. When returning, click Return From Break.

     


End Shift

  1. Click End Shift to end your work session.

  1. A confirmation will appear in the Shift History Grid, detailing the date, sales, start and end times, break duration, and total hours worked.

     


Adjusting Shift and Break Records


Update or Remove Shift

  1.  In the Shift History Grid, click the three-dot menu to access options for updating or removing shifts.

  1. Select Edit to modify details such as the date, clock-in time, and clock-out time. After editing, click OK.

     



Adjust Breaks

  1. Enter the total break time in Break Total Minutes and click OK to confirm.

     


Add Time Entry for Missed Clock-Ins

  1. To add a time entry for a missed clock-in, enter the date, clock-in time, and clock-out time in the Shift History Grid.



Viewing Adjustments

  • All modifications made to clock-in and clock-out times are viewable in the Shift History Grid.
