How can I scan a product and add a photo?

  1. Open the POS App and log in with your store credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Products module from the dashboard and select Scan & Add Photo.

  3. Align the product barcode inside the scanning box until it is detected.

  4. The app will automatically open your device’s camera; take a photo of the product and confirm it.

  5. The photo will automatically upload and appear under the product’s Images tab for that SKU.

  6. Alternatively, in a web browser, go to Inventory -> Product List and search for the desired SKU.

  7. Click the Photo button in the Image column (if no photo exists) or go to the Images tab and click Add Image.

  8. Select your camera-enabled device, take the photo, and it will attach to the product profile.
