How can I use the Communications tab in the Customers module?

  • Open the Customers module from the navigation menu in the top-left corner of the POS.

  • Select any customer profile from your list and click on the Communications tab.

  • Review the customer overview at the top to see total spend history (6, 12, and 24 months), their most recent purchase, and contact details.

  • Use the quick actions panel on the right to add a note, start a new sale, or search through the conversation history.

  • Compose your message using tools to insert email templates, emojis, file attachments, or product images directly from your inventory.

  • To schedule a message for later, set a future date and time (using the DD/MM/YY format) before sending.
