Open the Customers module from the navigation menu in the top-left corner of the POS.
Select any customer profile from your list and click on the Communications tab.
Review the customer overview at the top to see total spend history (6, 12, and 24 months), their most recent purchase, and contact details.
Use the quick actions panel on the right to add a note, start a new sale, or search through the conversation history.
Compose your message using tools to insert email templates, emojis, file attachments, or product images directly from your inventory.
To schedule a message for later, set a future date and time (using the DD/MM/YY format) before sending.
