- Open the Wholesale Accounts menu from the left navigation panel.
- Select the wholesale account for which you wish to create an invoice credit.
- Navigate to the Invoices tab and click the Add Invoice button.
- Choose Add Invoice Credit with RMA to proceed via Return Merchandise Authorization.
- In the RMA Details section, adjust miscellaneous details and select the item status.
- Select the items to be credited by scanning, manual selection, or uploading via spreadsheet.
- Finalize the invoice credit details and click Complete to finalize the invoice credit.
