How can I create a wholesale invoice credit?

  1. Open the Wholesale Accounts menu from the left navigation panel.
  2. Select the wholesale account for which you wish to create an invoice credit.
  3. Navigate to the Invoices tab and click the Add Invoice button.
  4. Choose Add Invoice Credit with RMA to proceed via Return Merchandise Authorization.
  5. In the RMA Details section, adjust miscellaneous details and select the item status.
  6. Select the items to be credited by scanning, manual selection, or uploading via spreadsheet.
  7. Finalize the invoice credit details and click Complete to finalize the invoice credit.
