The dashboard comprises four widgets: 'My Sales Month to Date' (reflects current monthly sales), 'Monthly Sales Target Progress' (shows progression towards the sales target), 'Today's Sales' (displays daily sales), and 'Yearly Sales' (details sales for the year). Additionally, there are four tabs: 'Retail Communication' (provides quick access to texting function for communication), 'Retail Pending Jobs', 'Retail Open Sales' (shows pending pick up sales), and 'Retail Sales by Sales Person' (illustrates monthly sales for each employee and displays the comparison with target sales).
