In this article, we’ll go over the steps to grant a Wholesale Account access to the Customer Portal in Flawless POS. Once access is enabled, the account can view orders, invoices, memos, and more.

Step 1: Access the Wholesale Account Module
Open the Wholesale Accounts menu from the left navigation panel.
Select the Wholesale Account to which you’d like to grant portal access. For this guide, we’ll be using the account named Jov.
Step 2: Navigate to the Account Settings
After selecting the Wholesale Account, click on the Account tab.
Next, click on the Settings tab.
Step 3: Enable Portal Access
In the Wholesale Portal section, locate the Enable Portal Access checkbox and check it to allow portal access.
To invite the Wholesale Account to the portal, click on the Send Portal Invitation button.
Step 4: Configure and Send the Portal Invitation Email
In the Build Message dialog that appears, review the email content and confirm the recipient’s email address.
Once satisfied with the details, press Send to deliver the invitation.
Note: It may take a few minutes for the invitation email to arrive.
Step 5: Accessing the Wholesale Portal
Once the invitation is received, the Wholesale Account can follow the link in the email to access the Customer Portal.
Through the portal, they’ll only be able to view the following tabs:
Statements Tab
Payments Tab
Orders Tab
Invoices Tab
Memo Tab
Proposals Tab
