How to Give a Wholesale Account access to the Portal

In this guide we will provide you with the instructions on how wholesale customers can access the Customer Portal through the Flawless POS system, enabling them to monitor their orders, invoices, and memos conveniently in real-time.

The first step is to navigate to the 'Wholesale Accounts' section via the left navigation menu, then select a specific wholesale account. Click on the 'Account' tab, followed by the 'Settings' tab. In the 'Wholesale Portal' section, tick the 'Enable Portal Access' checkbox.

Upon granting access, an invitation to the portal can be sent to the customer's email by clicking on the 'Send Portal Invitation' button. The 'Build Message' dialog box allows you to preview the email's content and specify the recipient's address. When you're satisfied with the details, click 'Send'.

The client will receive an email invitation containing a link to access the Wholesale Portal. Here, the client will be able to observe and manage various aspects of their account, such as statements, payments, orders, invoices, memos and proposals.
