How to Save a Draft Sale

Saving a draft of a sale can be useful when you want to create a proposal for the customer or return to an incomplete sale at a later time without immediately processing the transaction. This feature enables flexibility and helps organize open sales, especially for customers still deciding on their purchase.

Step 1: Access the Point of Sale (POS) Module

1. Open the left navigation menu.

2. Click on the Sale menu option.
   
    
   
   
   

Step 2: Add Items to the Cart

1. Use the Search Bar to find the product you’d like to include, such as a ring.

2. Once located, press the item with the left mouse button to add it to the Cart.
   
    

Step 3: Save the Sale as a Draft

1. With items in the Cart on the right side of the screen, locate and click the three-dotted blue button at the bottom right corner.
   
   

2. Select Save Draft from the menu.
   
   

3. In the dialog that appears, enter a name for the draft.

4. Once satisfied with the name, click OK to save the draft.
   
   

• Note: Your Cart will become empty after saving, so you’re free to proceed with other sales.

Step 4: Load a Draft Sale

1. To reload the draft, press the three-dotted button again.

2. Select Load Draft Sale from the context menu.
   
    

3. In the Pick Draft Sale dialog, find the saved draft under the Name column.

4. Click the draft’s name with the left mouse button to load it into the Cart and proceed with the sale as usual. For this example, we’ll be using the draft that we created earlier.
