Wholesale - How to reprice existing open memo

In this article, we’ll go over the steps to reprice an existing memo assigned to a wholesale account in Flawless POS. This process is helpful when there’s been a change in sourcing costs or pricing, allowing you to update the memo without needing to return and recreate it.

1. Access the Wholesale Account Module

1. Open the left navigation menu in Flawless POS.

2. Click on Wholesale Accounts and select the relevant account. For this example, we’ll be using the account named Jov.
   
    

3. Navigate to the Memo tab to view all open memos associated with the selected account.
   
    

2. Update Memo Pricing

1. Locate the memo you want to reprice. Click the three-dot button next to it and select Refresh With Current Pricing. For this example, we’ll be using the first memo on the list

2. Confirm the action, and the memo lines will update to reflect the current product definition, as well as any markups, discounts, or adjustments.
   
   
   
   

Note: If needed, you must manually send an updated memo report to the wholesale account to notify them of the new pricing.
