How can I configure my own customer lists in Retail Clienteling?

  • Access the Retail Clienteling from the Dashboard:

    • Go to the left-hand navigation menu.

    • Click on the Dashboard Module.

    • Select the cog-wheel icon located on the top-right corner and check the Retail Clientele.

  • Configure a New List:

    • Click New List located on the left side of the table.

    • You will have the option to either add an existing list or to create a new list.

    • Use filters like customer tags, lifetime spend, or purchase history to narrow results.

    • Click Apply Filters once your conditions are set. 

  • Save and Manage Lists: 

    • Click Save List.

    • View your saved lists from the Saved Lists column located on the left side of the table.
