- Access the Reports Module:
- Open the left navigation menu.
- Expand the Reports section and select All Reports.
- Enter your security code when prompted.
- Manage Report Access:
- Locate the report you wish to configure and click the Shield icon next to its name to open the Reports Security Grid.
- In the Roles column, click the Plus (+) button to assign a new role or the X button to revoke access.
- Select the desired role (e.g., Store Manager) to grant access; changes are saved automatically.
