How can I configure and maintain access to reports?

  • Access the Reports Module:
    • Open the left navigation menu.
    • Expand the Reports section and select All Reports.
    • Enter your security code when prompted.
  • Manage Report Access:
    • Locate the report you wish to configure and click the Shield icon next to its name to open the Reports Security Grid.
    • In the Roles column, click the Plus (+) button to assign a new role or the X button to revoke access.
    • Select the desired role (e.g., Store Manager) to grant access; changes are saved automatically.
