Step 1: Access the Product List Module

  1. Open the Left Navigation Menu.

  2. Select the Inventory Option.

  3. Click on the Product List Menu Item.

Step 2: Display Stone Filters

  • Click the Show Stone Filters button beneath the search bar.

  • The shape category will appear, showcasing different stone shapes. Click on More Stone Filters to view additional categories.

Step 3: Select Filter Types

  1. Regular Filters:

    • This allows you to select one or more options, including shape, stone type, and certification lab.

  1. Range Filters:

    • Range filters let you choose a value range, including price, size, color, clarity, and cut grade.

Step 4: Apply Filters

  • For this demonstration, we will apply both a stone filter and a pricing range filter.

  1. Select Stones:

    • Use the search bar to locate specific stones, or click the More button to expand the list of available options.

  • Click on the desired stones (e.g., amethyst and fire opal). The filter will be applied immediately.

  • You may also utilize the search bar to pull up the desired stone.

Step 5: Configure Pricing Range

  1. Click on the Minimum Price option, followed by the Maximum Price option.

    • For example, set a price range from $0 to $500.

  1. Then, select a range of $2,000 to $3,000. The filter will now show the price range from $0 to $3,000.

Step 6: Conceal Filter Menu

  • After selecting your filters, click the Hide Stone Filters button to close the filtering menu.

  • Previously selected filters will remain visible under the search bar. Based on the price range filter selected, click the three-dot menu beside the Retail category located on the product list page, and then click Sort Descending to sort all items with a maximum price of $3,000 first down to $0.

Step 7: Save View Template

  1. Click the Cogwheel Icon in the top right corner of the grid to access menu options.

  1. Select Save View Template to save your current filter settings for future reference.

    • Enter your desired filter name in the textbox (e.g., "Price $0-$3k Filter View Test").

  1. If you want to use an existing filter, select Pick A Saved View Template.
